Do you provide payment plans?

The answer is yes, RKSD provides payment plans. Clients are able to sign up for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payments

Are there any subscriptions?

Yes, RKSD provides month to month subscription based payment options for clients that may be interested. All payment options are discussed during consultation.

Do you give refunds?

Refunds are trainer optional. In most cases, depending on why a client wants a refund. they should give trainer a 2 week notice and reason why. If client completed any sessions or received services, they are liable to pay for it. If refund is made, client has to give a 30 day grace period from the day they asked for refund to receive refund if necessary.

How long will it take before I see results?

Generally, it takes 8-12 weeks before you begin to see “permanent” results. The type of results you “see” is very individual and depends on your baseline fitness and how hard and how frequently you exercise, and what your goals may be. I try to de-emphasize the obsession with the visual results and not the number on the scale.

How often should I exercise?

In General, it is recommended that you start with 3 sessions a week. Over time, once your body adapts you need to push the bar higher to break plateaus. Eventually you’ll need to Work your way to 5-6 days per week. If you progress slowly, and vary your exercise routines, you will avoidance overuse injury or exercise burnout. Reasons like this, is why having a fitness professionals guidance is necessary.
